Klick with the right mousebutton on the picture and choose "save as backgroundpicture". 
Now you have the picture as background on your screen.

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Bild und wählen Sie "Als Hintergrund speichern". 
Jetzt haben Sie das Bild als Hintergrund auf Ihrem Bildschirm.
